No, this programme is fully funded by Shell. However, we do expect founders to commit time and energy (mandatory 80% attendance) to the programme for their maximum benefit.

Yes, if you’re a Singapore-registered company or have substantial operations in Singapore. Substantial operations would mean that you have a company UEN registered in Singapore, along with a full-time Singaporean director or co-founder based in Singapore.
No. We recognise that many businesses, particularly in AI and deep tech, can demonstrate strong growth potential before revenue catches up, often while operating with lean teams. We assess traction holistically, looking at factors such as customer adoption, partnerships, pipeline strength and growth momentum, rather than revenue alone.
Shell LiveWire Singapore is built for growth-stage companies or scale-ups. If your business is still at the pre-revenue or idea-stage, the programme may not be the best fit at this time. ACE.SG and other ecosystem partners offer programmes that may be better suited to your current stage of growth.
Unlike traditional accelerators that follow a fixed curriculum, Shell LiveWire is tailored to your growth journey. The programme starts with assessing your needs and your priorities for the next 12-24 months, focusing on helping you tackle the opportunities and challenges most critical to scaling your business. Alongside coaching, mentoring and hands-on growth sprints, you’ll also gain access to connections across Shell, ACE.SG and the wider ecosystem, as well as a trusted founder community. We focus on growing the founder and the business together, with a community that continues beyond the programme.
Shell LiveWire provides participants with exposure to Shell business units, ecosystem partners and potential collaborators. While these connections may lead to future collaborations, there is no guarantee of commercial engagements, procurement opportunities or pilot projects. Outcomes will depend on the fit and interest of the relevant business units.
After submitting your application, shortlisted applicants will be invited to a Founders’ Exchange Day where they’ll connect with fellow founders and engage with the programme stakeholders. The experience is intended to deliver value to all participants, even if they are not ultimately selected for the programme. Final selections are made after the event, followed by a short diagnostic to tailor each founder’s programme journey.
We are looking for growth-stage businesses with genuine traction and strong scale potential, led by founders who are coachable, motivated to grow, and ready to engage. Beyond the numbers, we value mindset, ambition and programme fit.
Applications open on 28 October 2026 and close at the end of November 2026, with the programme cohort commencing in February 2027. If shortlisted, please keep the first two weeks of January 2027 available for Founders’ Exchange Day. Successful applicants should also reserve time in the last two weeks of February 2027 for the programme kickoff. All sessions are in-person in Singapore. We will share exact dates closer to the events.
Yes, provided you can commit the time and attendance required for Shell LiveWire Singapore. Many founders participate in multiple initiatives simultaneously. We encourage applicants to assess whether they can meaningfully engage in the programme and benefit from the experience.
